Cora D. Wilson
President of Stratasphere Condominium Services Inc., Condominium & Development Lawyer, Educator, Publisher and Editor in Chief of the “Voice of the Strata-sphere” & Co-writer for the “Strata Property Act – A Practical Guide to Bylaws”
Ms. Wilson was called to the Bar in 1986 in Ontario and 1991 in B.C., bringing over 20 years of legal experience to the industry.
Ms. Wilson has been involved in almost every aspect of condominium law including “leaky condo” litigation, general litigation, dispute resolution, governance, financing, construction and development. She has also arbitrated condominium disputes.
Ms. Wilson is a regular lecturer for numerous professional organizations and the author of numerous condominium articles. She lectured for many years on condominium issues at Vancouver Island University.
Katherine Suna
Assistant Editor
Katherine is the assistant editor for Stratasphere Condominium Services Inc. For the past three years, Katherine‘s editorial skills have shone in this position where she has been involved in the editorial decisions for the “Voice from the Strata-sphere” bi-annual newsletter. Additionally, she is heavily involved in organizing the advertising for the newsletter, organizes seminars, and is in charge of subscriptions and distribution for the “Strata Property Act – A Practical Guide to Bylaws.”
Cindy Bartlett
Book Keeper
Cindy Bartlett brings a wealth of experience and common sense to Stratasphere Condominium Services Inc. She joined the team in January 2004, after working in several legal offices in Nanaimo since 1998. Cindy is responsible for all of the company’s accounting and bookkeeping needs. As well, Cindy’s knowledge extends to very complicated leaky condo litigation files making full use of her superior organization skills and extraordinary work ethic.
Leslie McDonnell
Marketer
With a Masters in Business, specialization in marketing, Leslie brings eight years of experience marketing for different non-profit organizations. This skill, combined with her knowledge gained from working at CD Wilson Law Corporation, provides her with the necessary knowledge to understand the intricate issues that arise from Strata, Condominium & Development issues.
Mary Milner
Support Staff
Mary has supported the Stratasphere Condominium Services Inc. team since 2004. Mary provides assistance in areas as diverse as drafting of bylaws, collection of strata arrears, real estate development, small claims and wills. She is a member of the Central Island Legal Support Staff Association since 2004 and a member of the CILSSA Executive for three years, holding the office of President for the 2008 year.
