Strata-sphere strongly believes that education is the root to a successful condominium community. One of its goals is to heighten awareness of the nuts and bolts of the condominium vehicle on both a substantive and a procedural basis. This is best achieved by drawing on the expertise of the professional world to assist in providing educational services.
Intense Condominium Seminars will be organized annually at numerous locations across Vancouver Island. If you would like a seminar in an area outside of Vancouver Island, and if demand warrants one, then Strata-sphere would consider organizing such a seminar. Enrolment Priority & Discounts
Members will enjoy enrolment priority over non-members. Also, members will be entitled to a 10% discount on the seminar fees. Each unit owner from a member strata corporation will have a right to the discount. Associate member corporations share equal benefits.
